Home Alone 10.21.2014

So, Friday was my last day on the job.  I have some independent contractor work lined up so I'm not too worried, just waiting on the install so I can get trained...but, losing yet another job to budget cuts has reminded me how badly I need multiple streams of income.  That is my focus right now. They say the third time is the charm but I don't plan on there being a third time without me being financially prepared.  The first time it happened, I had plenty of money in the bank so I wasn't worried.  This time, not so much but again, I've already found a replacement, which was much quicker than the first time so that's a good thing.

Right now, I'm just waiting to make a phone call because I believe the person is on the west coast and I'm on the east coast so I don't want to call super early. Figured I would do some laundry in the meantime.  Nothing like fresh towels.  I need to do the bed linens as well but I will probably do that later.

Maybe I will have another cup of coffee....sounds like a plan to me.
